Lazy never gets far

Talent is never enough. With a few exceptions, the best players are the hardest workers.

Earvin ‘Magic’ Johnson

There may be a lot of people who train a lot but never really make it.

But there are definitely extremely few who make it without working hard.

Success, either in sports or in business or in personal stuff, is almost always the effect of hard work and determination

Set yourself some goals and work your ass of. This is the safest road to success. You want to be always open-minded for opportunities, always friendly and always diligent!

It’s not about money

Sometimes you earn more doing the jobs that pay nothing.

Todd Ruthman

Of course you need money.

But that does not mean that you should not work unless you are being paid. Often times the jobs with bad or no pay at all are  wonderful oportunities.

You can always learn a lot from work, you meet new people, exchange information, enhance your skills. Use all those opportunities!

Do not let greed stop your constant growth.

It’s your decision

Opportunities everywhere

Learn to listen. Opportunity could be knocking at your door very softly.

Let me save you some time

The only fool bigger than the person who knows it all is the person who argues with him.

Next time you find yourself in an argument where the other person is clearly not interested in arguing but absolutely sure that he is right no matter what, get out there as soon as you can. Enjoy your time.

Success and Failure lie closer to each other than many people think.

Success without former failure rarely exists at all, do not seek for it!

Take your time

Well, this quote seems to fit perfectly regarding the 100k-Celebration:

All great achievements require time.

Maya Angelou

Don’t forget, even the smallest steps add up. Rome was not built in one day!

Another Milestone! 100k!

Boooooooyaaah!

Let’s recap:

The first 10 000 took me over one year and right now this is the amount of people visiting motivatingdaily every month! Not counting the +500 people that get my mails everyday!

So far, motivatingdaily does not cease to amaze me again and again. On my “Ten Thousand” post, I wrote ‘Let’s hit the 100k’ and although I did believe in that happening, it felt really strange and uncertain to think about that mark.
Now, as I view my stats and see how the views have been growing constantly in the past and still are groing right now, I am looking forward to the 1 millionth vistor on my page soon and let me tell you, it feels great!

Again, thanks to all of you, who subscribed, who visit my page, who post stickers, who comment, like, reblog and recommend, this project would not work without you out there.

Thanks for motivating me to motivate you, you guys are awesome!

So, seriously, LET’S HIT THE 1 000 000! Spread the word, dear followers and readers!

About job choices

My job often requires being up pretty early or working pretty late. While this fact can be tiresome, I always look forward to new tasks and am generally more fit on work mornings, because I am grateful for my job and like the work I do, a lot.

It is important to chose a job that motivates you. As long as you have to motivate yourself to get the job done, you have clearly chosen the wrong job (Or you are in a situation where you have to get over some obstacles in order to reach your dream job, never mind that)

Find a job that you do with passion and enthusiasm, a job that motivates you to get up early, work hard, work long hours and generally put a lot of good effort into, and you have made great progress on your path to happiness.

Choose a job you love, and you will never have to work a day in your life.
