Even luck needs practice.
Have you ever asked yourself why some people have so much more luck than others when luck itself has the trait to be totally random?
Luck is random indeed but most people have a lifestyle which prevents them from being lucky. When your follow a strict overstuffed schedule every day it leaves luck no time to hit you. When you are a very withdrawn person who spends never goes to meet (new) people you don’t even have the possibility to have the luck to meet future friends, love, inspiration… And another reason why social relations help you being lucky is that most opportunities you get in life are give by or are related to the people you know.
So be open-minded, be communicative and leave room and time for the unexpected…

Opportunity is missed by most people, because it is dressed in overalls and looks like work.
Thomas Edison
Some people might think that opportunities just suprise you with an offer like “Hey, just come here and say yes and I’ll make you rich and successfull!”.
Guess what? That’s bullshit. Most of the time you don’t even realise how many opportunities you have got. Every single piece of work you get done is an opportunity for bigger things.
Keep that in mind. Opportunities are nothing to be awaited like your dream just knocking on your door. You have to actively pursue your dreams so that in the future you can look back on all the opportunities you have created and taken.

I would rather be a superb meteor, every atom of me in magnificent glow, than a sleepy and permanent planet. The proper function of a man is to live, not to exist.
Jack London
Often people are afraid of dying. They should rather be afraid of never living!
There is a huge difference between existing (in a material way) and living (in an emotional, spiritual and material way), so make it count!

Courage is not the absence of fear but rather the judgment that something else is more important than fear.
Ambrose Redmoon
You know the drill. EVERYONE has fears. Everyone is scared and everyone is limited in his own way.
That is why you have to learn how to work with your fear instead of trying to get rid of it. You will always experience fear, no matter what. Important is that you know this: Fear is just your brain telling you to be cautious. When you approach new areas of life, when you tackle different situations, it is new to you, you have to get used to it.
Use your fear as a motivator, as a stimulator. Embrace it and be happy about it, because it makes you human and it shows you that what you are doing at that moment is real!
Don’t ever whish for a life without fear for that would probably be the most boring life ever. Life is what happens OUT of your damn comfort zone so get your head out of your ass, go out there and have some goddamn fun!
Enjoy the weekend,

Give me the serenity to accept things that I can’t change.
Give me the courage to change things that I can change
Give me the wisdom to distinguish between those two.
Philipp Kleidt
You have to accept that you don’t have control over your life!
There are so many outer circumstances that you can’t do anything about, don’t drive yourself mad. But on the other hand don’t be that passive guy that thinks the universe has everything planned out.
Be wise enough to chose when to take action and when to remain calm and happy.

If you are afraid to fall,
you will wall because you are afraid
I don’t know where this is from, it is often used around Traceurs and Freerunners but can be transferred to any situation in life.
Everyone is scared and so are you. That is not a bad thing. It is important to learn how to work with your fear, use it as a source of energy. Don’t let it drag you down!

This is an amazing video about validation and happiness.
Take the time to watch it, it’s worth it!
Always remember: People constantly strive for validation and often an unexpected compliment can make someones day or week! Make this world a better place by letting people know how great they are!
