Pursuing your dreams

How many of us have become drunks and drug addicts, developed tumors and neuroses, succumbed to painkillers, gossip, and compulsive cell-phone use, simply because we don’t do that thing that our hearts, our inner genius, is calling us to? Resistance defeats us.

If tomorrow morning by some stroke of magic every dazed and benighted soul woke up with the power to take the first step toward pursuing his or her dreams, every shrink in the directory would be out of business. Prisons would stand empty. The alcohol and tobacco industries would collapse, along with the junk food, cosmetic surgery, and infotainment businesses, not to mention pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, and the medical profession from top to bottom.

Domestic abuse would become extinct, as would addiction,
obesity, migraine headaches, road rage, and dandruff.

Go for it!

A life spent making mistakes is not only more honourable, but more useful than a life spent doing nothing.

George Bernard Shaw

I do not care what it is that you love, I do not care what your passions are. I dare you, nay, I double-dare you to pursue your dreams and not to be afraid of failure.

Embrace failure, enjoy your learning process and start over again!

Have ambitions

Intelligence without ambition is a bird without wings.

Salvador Dali

You tell me you are borde in life?

I do not want to hear that!

Be ambitious! It’s about hobbies, interests, passion, your job, your family. That is where your intelligence matters.

Passion!

All great achievements have one thing in common – people with a passion to succeed.

Pat Cash

Achievement does not happen by chance. It happens because someone sometimes had passion and pushed through.

You can be that someone. Are you passionate about something? Good, do it!

Work ethic

Do what you love, love what you do, and deliver more than you promise.

Harvey Mackay

Suprise people by doing your job passionately and by doing more than expected. People often don’t like working and just see it as a way to gain money, so you will stand out if you love your job and that will show!

Why you should love your job

It’s so hard when I have to, and so easy when I want to.

Annie Gottlier

Working for money is not working out at all, it will tear you apart.

Working for your passion, doing what you love, that will work. And it will bring money in the long run, so don’t worry too much, get good at what you love!

It’s about passion!

It is about finding out how you can make money with something you’re good at and you love. Why put up with the struggle to find a way to live like that you ask? Well because it’s damn worth it!

Living the dream means doing what you love and getting paid well for it. Of course being paid well is subjective and money is relative, but you definitely need some bucks to survive so better find seomthing you’re good at in order to make sure that you’ll have something to eat the next day.

Living a live that consists of sucky work-hours just in order to have some money for the precious free time is just a wrong concept. I don’t say it is debatable, I say it is wrong to have that little ambition! Reach for the stars, you just have to be persistent!
