Whenever you fall pick something up
Oswald Avery
A very nice metaphor for how you should deal with failure and loss. Take the best out of it and enjoy the good lesson. The harder the fall, the better the lesson.

Motivation is what gets you started, habit is what keeps you going.
Your thoughts form your mind and therefore your habits. These habits form your character and who you are.
Excellence is a habit. Excell in every small task, take everything as a good challenge. Be the best person you can possibly be!

It’s the lens through which your brain views the world that shapes your reality. And if we can change the lens, not only can we change your happiness, we can change every single educational and business outcome at the same time.

Your mind works like a camera lense. Adjust it according to any given situation to provide yourself with the best possible picture.
Like in photography one single lense, no matter how good, does not quite cut it. You need to keep experimenting with different lense types until you get the job done.
Be open minded, be creative, adjust your lense and enjoy life.

…stop them!
Nobody is impressed with how good your excuses are.
Excuses are contraproductive in every way!
Why?
Because even if they work, they still don’t work out. A good excuse will keep you from doing something and then what? Having a reason not to do something is the easiest thing. Everybody can do that.
Not giving a damn about those excuses or reasons and instead kicking as is what makes an awesome person.
Go out there and do it! The moment you feel an excuse crawling up your throat, tickling your tounge (it comes automatically), realise it and stop the process right in the tracks.

Use every situation for your own good. Great day with the sun out? Explore the world. Rainy, cold day? Stay in and read some good books.
Don’t let circumstances define your mood, enjoy everything!

It takes less time to do a thing right, than it does to explain why you did it wrong.
Henry Longfellow
Don’t waste your time with excuses while your could be busy succeeding.
Give it all, train hard and live free is a beatiful creed to live by.

A risk a day keeps the shrink away
It is important to step out of your comfort zone constantly. Risk something every single day. Do something you fear or feel uncomfortable doing every day. Do this consciously and grow through it.
