People turn to meditation because they want to make good decisions, break bad habits & bounce back better from disappointments.
I lied and said I was busy, I was busy; but not in a way most people understand. I was busy taking deeper breaths, I was busy silencing irrational thoughts. I was busy calming a raving heart. I was busy telling myself I am okay. Sometimes this is my busy and I will not apologise for it.
Peace comes from within.
I only went out for a walk and finally concluded to stay out til sundown, for going out, I found, was really going in.
Busy is a drug that a lot of people are addicted to.
Learn to be silent. Let your quiet mind listen and absorb.
Out beyond ideas of wrongdoing and rightdoing,
there is a field. I will meet you there.
Sometimes it is important not to limit yourself to categories like right or wrong, good or bad…. to allow your mind to think freely.
No matter what happens. Don’t panic!
No matter which way you choose in life, someday you’ll be faced with a situation you can’t cope with instantly. This is something everybody experiences once in a while. But something not everybody experiences is that loosing ones mind doesn’t solve any problem.
Instead believe that you can do this successfully somehow even when you are not aware of the way yet. And don’t panic…
