Are your excited?

If you are working on something exciting that you really care about, you don’t have to be pushed. The vision pulls you.

Steve Jobs

In life it is important to be pulled by dreams and ambitions.

You do not want to be pushed by your boss or debts, you do not want to be forced to do anything. You want to be pulled by happy, encouraging, motivating thoughts.

Therefore you have to discover yourself, find out about your passions and what you love. Once you have done that, everything will fall in place. Just follow your dreams and stick to them.

In my experience no dream is too big or too extreme. Just be careful of dreaming too small, that is dangerous.

A core aspect of motivation

If you are working on something exciting that you really care about, you don’t have to be pushed. The vision pulls you.

Steve Jobs

No matter what one thinks of Apple and their products, Steve Jobs was a genius!

This quote is especially important for entrepreneurs and bosses. Why? Because they have to motivate either themselves or their employees or both.

You do not have to push your employees to be awesome as long as they work on awesome projects. If they have some freedom and work on interesting projects they will gladly rip themselves apart for your company.

Same goes for yourself: Always chose awesome over mediocre! If there is the possibility for an awesome project that might seem too big at the first glance better take a shot at it than step down and do a simpler one. You can do it and the reward will be waking up every morning motivated and pumped to start the day!

Keep awesome and interesting projects on your bucket list in order to make your life fun and interesting, both for you and the people around you.

Don’t settle. Don’t be okay with mediocre. Go for awesome, go for legendary, go for your dreams no matter how crazy they may be.

See you at the top!
