Individuality vs. education (picture)

Our education system is not made for honouring individuals for their particular skills. It unites and tries to accomplish general skill levels.
I do not want to start an argument about wether that is good or bad but it is important for you to know how it works. Don’t get discouraged when your education does not directly emphasize your personal strength. Go through the system, pass what you have to and educate yourself in areas you love.

Stay fit!

Think of your body like a machine. It has to be cleaned, oiled and serviced regularly if you want it to perfom well.

You put effort in your car, your flat, your TV screen but you refuse to eat healthy and put in some work regarding fitness? Shame on you!

This is not about everybody becoming a body-builder, but a general level of fitness is a must for every adult. It does not take that much discipline, you just have to get started and continue making your baby steps on a daily basis. Start today and simply DO NOT STOP! Don’t stop at a certain weight, at a certain day, at a certain moment, never stop keeping your body fit and feeling well.

Yolo? A motivating reason to disagree [picture]

You only live once? Well I tend to disagree and this webcomic displays perfectly why:

So go out and do what you love and do it well. Start with one skill set, master it, then move on.

Don’t listen to them

People give you a hard time about being crazy? They think you are not normal because you put that much effort in a certain thing? Well:

Don’t listen to them!

Level up! [picture]

Today I steal a nice one from the guys over at brotip.com, you should give them a visit!

I mean life getting harder can always mean you just fucked up, but often the reason is that you succeeded at something. Because success normaly brings you to a new stage, a higher stage,  where new challenges await you. New challenges are hard and therefore life gets tough.

But like Bruce Lee said, there are no limits, just plateaus and it lies in your willpower to go from plateau to plateau, higher and higher.

You can live on the ground with the principle of little input and little output meaning you keep your ambitions low and have an ‘easy’ and small life or you can go live a life where you make use of all the potential, of all the possibilities.

It’s your choice!

It’s about passion!

It is about finding out how you can make money with something you’re good at and you love. Why put up with the struggle to find a way to live like that you ask? Well because it’s damn worth it!

Living the dream means doing what you love and getting paid well for it. Of course being paid well is subjective and money is relative, but you definitely need some bucks to survive so better find seomthing you’re good at in order to make sure that you’ll have something to eat the next day.

Living a live that consists of sucky work-hours just in order to have some money for the precious free time is just a wrong concept. I don’t say it is debatable, I say it is wrong to have that little ambition! Reach for the stars, you just have to be persistent!
