Solution-oriented!

Don’t find fault, find a remedy.

Henry Ford

This can’t be stressed often enough: Your every action should be solution-oriented!

Instead of looking for scapegoats or excuses, you should use your brain to search for a way to overcome the obstacle you are facing.

Never forget this doctrine: Think and act solution-oriented. Forget blame and fault and start taking responsibility in a positive, solution-oriented way!

Getting it done

The best job goes to the person who can get it done without passing the buck or coming back with excuses.

Napoleon Hill

See it from an employers’ or a clients’ perspective: You do want something to get done. You do not want to have to struggle with it, you just want someone to deal with it for you.

The best person to do this is the person who just gets the job done without any further complications. You do not want to deal with consecutive workers or with the problem itself, your want the first person you hired to get it over with.

That’s a crucial concept in why some people are favoured over others when it comes to giving out jobs.

Learn to be a problem-solver and focus on solutions, not on excuses or obstacles.

You’ll manage!

We will either find a way or make one.

Hannibal

In the end, it always works out! Either you will find a way or you have to get a little bit creative. Stay strong and keep the hopes up!

The manifestation of awesomeness

We do not hold the belief that this earth is a realm of misery where man is doomed to destruction. We do not think that tragedy is our natural fate and we do not live in chronic dread of disaster. We do not expect disaster until we have specific reason to expect it – and when we encounter it, we are free to fight it. It is not happiness, but suffering that we consider unnatural. It is not success, but calamity that we regard as the abnormal exception in human life.

Ragnar Danneskjöld from Ayn Rand’s Atlas Shrugged

This mindet is the absolute manifestation of awesomeness.

Life is primarily good! Bad conditions are nothing normal, they are abnormal and have to be fought.
