Never forget this doctrine: Think and act solution-oriented. Forget blame and fault and start taking responsibility in a positive, solution-oriented way!

That’s a crucial concept in why some people are favoured over others when it comes to giving out jobs.
Learn to be a problem-solver and focus on solutions, not on excuses or obstacles.
