Rise and shine [video]

This sports motivation video contains great advice for anybody and speaks directly out of my soul. There are burning reasons within everyone to get up early, to train hard, work hard, do whatever one loves. You just have to find them and trust your gut.

Even more important is to mute your inner voice of automated excuses. Yes, your brain will find excuses for everything, always. Yes, they seem plausible on the first glance. No, they are not. They are distractions, obstacles that you have to overcome in order to get where you want to go!

The choice between the comfortable and the right thing to do is not always easy, but it gets easier with time. You can train discipline. No more excuses, start your training today!

It’s the smallest things that matter the most

Small daily improvements are the key to staggering long-term results.

It sounds so simple and it may be, once you’ve mastered it. But there must be a reason why so many people worldwide struggle with long term growth and success.

They are not capable of daily improvement.

It is not about building a career or a house in one day. It is about you being a better man after every day.

Every night you lie down and go to sleep, you should ask yourself ‘Am I a better man now than I was yesterday?’ and you should answer with ‘Yes I am, because…’.

There is a great range of possibilities for reasons from ‘Today I greeted a stranger with a smile‘ to ‘Today I started my dream job’, it does not matter.

What matters is that you do not stop growing.

Grow everyday and no matter how small the growth may be, in a few months you will not recognize your former self (in a positive way).

Start today and remember: There is no room for excuses in life.

No excuses

It doesn’t matter where you are coming from. All that matters is where you are going.

Brian Tracy

While this is highly motivating it is also a reminder not to look for excuses.

“I have always been a bad learner”

“I always had problems with falling asleep”

Who cares?

Where do you see yourself in the future? That is what matters!

Pick your goals, work hard, achieve your dreams!

Start today!

By taking a single step you’ve already outperformed millions of people who’ve made excuses.

Start today -whatever it may be- and be proud tommorow.

You’ll harvest in the future what you plant in the present, always remember this!

Your excuses…

…stop them!

Nobody is impressed with how good your excuses are.

Excuses are contraproductive in every way!

Why?

Because even if they work, they still don’t work out. A good excuse will keep you from doing something and then what? Having a reason not to do something is the easiest thing. Everybody can do that.

Not giving a damn about those excuses or reasons and instead kicking as is what makes an awesome person.

Go out there and do it! The moment you feel an excuse crawling up your throat, tickling your tounge (it comes automatically), realise it and stop the process right in the tracks.

Train, learn, succeed

It takes less time to do a thing right, than it does to explain why you did it wrong.

Henry Longfellow

Don’t waste your time with excuses while your could be busy succeeding.

Give it all, train hard and live free is a beatiful creed to live by.

So what is your excuse?

Argue for your limitations, and sure enough they’re yours.

Richard Bach

When we were little, parents teachers and almost everyone always wanted excuses from us for not doing what we were supposed to do.

That obviously sticked to our brians since the modern person always comes quick with a good excuse.

But you know what? I don’t give a damn!

And neither should you! You can always find excuses, it is not hard.

I’m too cold, I’m too tired, it rains, I can’t manage that, whatever. It is easy to argue why you can’t do something.

But guess what? While you argue why you CAN’T make it, someone is making damn sure that he is making it right now.

So get your head out of your bubt and bring some self-discipline or you’ll have to settle with a life full of procrastination and lazy ass excuses.

Later you will have to find an excuse for why you did not live your life to the fullest, have fun with that!
