Live your beliefs and you can turn the world around.
Henry David Thoreau
The man who cannot believe in himself cannot believe in anything else. The basics of all integrity and character is whatever faith we have in our own integrity.
Roy L. Smith
If you take responsibility for yourself you will develop a hunger to accomplish your dreams.
It is up to you to decide who you are and what kind of life you are living.
Sometimes it helps to think of life as a game. Compare it with role-playing games for example, where you get to choose your character traits and adjust your behaviour accordingly to your beliefs.
Why not to that in real life? Yes, there are difference, but let’s focus on the similarities for now: You can decide who you want to be and you can shape this person according to your likings and beliefs.
This is a huge advantage but also comes with a lot of responsibility.
You have to realise that you have this responsibility and you have to act accordingly. Remember:
If you don’t design your own life plan, chances are you’ll fall into someone else’s plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much
With this in mind, enjoy your week!
Argue for your limitations, and sure enough they’re yours.
As long as you belief in your limitations enough to even argue for them, they are as real as they can get. Overcome them by not acknowledging them.
Your beliefs don’t make you a better person your behavior does.
Of course, beliefs are the fundamental fragments in your character and the foundation of your actions. But beliefs alone won’t do it, you have to make it count!
What are your beliefs? Do you have any in particular? Do you care about them, nurture them? Do it!
One person with a belief is equal to a force of ninety-nine with only interests
John Stuart Mill
