Suuunday 🙂
I will just give you another quote for today and won’t comment any quote in the future since I don’t want to repeat myself to often. Nevertheless I’ll bring some unique content to this page, don’t worry 😉
Living is not this tawdry, mediocre, disciplined thing which we call our existence. Living is something entirely different; it is abundantly rich, timelessly changing, and as long as we don’t understand that eternal movement, our lives are bound to have very little meaning.

Hi 🙂
The reactions on the word ‘meditation’ are different from person to person, but most people give me a ‘What, are you serious about this?’-Look, when I use this word. So I tend to describe it with other words or try to give it another touch. This quote does this description very well in my eyes and is therefore my dailymote for today:
Have you ever sat very quietly with closed eyes and watched the movement of your own thinking? Have you watched your mind working?or rather, has your mind watched itself in operation, just to see what your thoughts are, what your feelings are, how you look at the trees, at the flowers, at the birds, at people, how you respond to a suggestion or react to a new idea? Have you ever done this?
Jiddu Krishnamurti
Well, to be honest, I don’t think that it defines Meditation or anything, but it merely gives an idea of what it means to stop the rush of daily life, to stop the always ongoing noise of your mind and to just be quiet for some time, being inside your head and just spectating your own thoughts, without any judgement or logical treatment. If you first try to do so, if you first try to ‘watch yourself’, you’ll find it to be very hard, almost impossible. But with time and training you will gain a better understanding of your own personality and you become way more calm and happy.
With some patience and the will to experience something new and positive, this exercise (call it meditation, sitting quiet, watching your thoughts or oompa-loompaing) will help you a lot and give you a clearer mind to cope with daily life problems and situations.
