Hide not your talents, they for use were made. What’s a sun-dial in the shade

Do not anticipate trouble or worry about what may never happen. Keep in the sunlight.

Show us your skills!

Be constructive!

Any fool can criticize, condemn and complain and most fools do.

Calm down

Anger is never without reason, but seldom with a good one.

Not so modest!

Hide not your talents, they for use were made. What’s a sun-dial in the shade.

Benjamin Franklin

Being humble is a good thing.

Being too modest about your talents is a bad thing.

While you should not brag about whatever you are good (or bad) at, you should not hide it either. Chances are, somebody needs your certain set of skills, but as long as they don’t know of your talent, nothing happens.

Show people what you are made of, do not be afraid of promoting your skills, do not be afraid of self-confidence.

Take your time

Take time for all things: great haste makes great waste.

Benajmin Franklin

You do not gain time by saving it (e.g. doing several things at once), you only gain time by taking it. By willingly spending time on tasks.

Enjoy your meal.

Enjoy your reading.

Enjoy whatever you do right now and focus on the tast in front of you. He who rushes through life, misses it.
