People who commit Karoshi (Would one say it like that?) have some other problems than hard work. Hard work does not imply that you work against your motivation. Those people are ill and have mental problems. The reason for the suicide therefore is not the work but the mental problem in the first place. The work just puts the pressure from the mental to a physical realm in my eyes.
