I know that quoting Tolle always causes a bit of an argument or at least controversy, but he is right about this (at least).

Situations alone are just facts. What you make out of it is the only variable. You chose how your inner world looks like. Some people tend to see problems and nuisances wherever they look, others see opportunities and experiences.

Look out for the latter!
