Sleep vs. Work

Hey there 🙂

Today’s quote to start off the blog will be:

“I do not have superior intelligence or faultless looks.  I do not captivate a room or run a mile under six minutes.  I only succeeded because I was still working after everyone else went to sleep.”

Greg Evans

I really like this quote because it always reminds me of the fact that there are no “easy ways” or “shortcuts” when it comes to success. You have to work harder than anyone else, if you want to achieve more than anyone else!

Of course it won’t bring you that much if you put boxes on an assembly line for 16 hours a day, 40 years of your life (except you’d be probably the most skilled box-putter in the world 😉 ), but even if you found something you’re really good at or something you really love, you have to keep doing it and work your hands to the bones in order to exceed others around you. If you want to achieve something extraordinary, you have to put extraordinary effort in that.

And now go out in the world and show the people what you’re made of and that you rock as hell!
