Yep, we need sleep.
But ask yourself this: Do you need to sleep in again on 11 AM? Do you need to sleep in instead of getting out of your bed and getting stuff done?
I know it takes disciplin to get up early not only occasional but frequently, but it is damn worth it. Work on your skill to get up early, it will save you much truble in life!
