Imagine the following situation:

You sit at home in November, it’s warm and cozy. You had planned to go for a run and take a refreshing shower afterwards, but that was hours ago and right now with the weather being all stormy and rainy all you want to do is sit back in your chair and enjoy a hot beverage. Well guess what? You get your ass up right now and go out there!

Life is an ongoing process of choosing between safety (out of fear and need for defense) and risk (for the sake of progress and growth). Make the growth choice a dozen times a day.
