It is amazing what you can accomplish if you do not care who gets the credit.
Harry S. Truman
Stop thinking about getting rewards for your efforts, start doing things just because you like to do them. You will soon realise that this experience is worth much more than doing things for reward π
By the way, over one month is over with almost daily posts, I didn’t think this blog would work out this well and I’ll keep it up π Let me know if you got some criticism so I can rethink some things in order to enhance the quality of my blog π
Playing it safe is one of the most common ways to fail
Elliott Smith
It may not be obvious, but it lies in the nature of humans that we like to play things save and fear change. Often times we chose living a mediocre and boring maybe even painfull life over a risky and adventureful lifestyle. But why? We can take a look at stars, at heroes in movies, at successful companies and we will see that noone of them decided to play it safe.
It is important to take risks and be open to change, a life of stagnation can never satisfy someone. So be open, see ‘obstacles’ as chances and take them! Are you ready to live your life to the fullest?

Edit: I just found this old treasure after 1 hour of desperate searching π
Hey π could not post yesterday since I visited some friends and hat not time and no computer to do so, but here is todays quote, a good one for a rainy sunday afternoon:
You see things and you say, ‘Why?’ But I dream things that never were and say ‘Why not?’
George Bernard Shaw
It is about inventing incredible good things rather than copying the existing ones, because no matter how good you might be at imitating, you’ll always be the second person to do something.
Hell!Β There ain’t no rules around here!Β We’re trying to accomplish somep’n.
Thomas Alva Edison
I really like this one because of its profound message. When you want to accomplish something you try to do so and give your best. Your are determinend and don’t waste your time with guidelines and stuff like that. You want to create something new, how can you work along with existing rules? Edison was right not to believe in the rules and limiting beliefs the peoeple had at his time and invented the fucking light bulb, so take him as an example for the truth of this lesson π
This is a quote in relation to the one of the 27th of October when I wrote about actually going out and doing stuff. You might read it again to get yourselve in the mood to actually DO things on your way to success π
And don’t worry, if you don’t have an exact plan, Success is 10% inspiration, 90% last-minute changes. π
Happiness is being the creator of your experience, choosing to take pleasure in what you have, right now, regardless of the circumstances, while being the best you that you can be.
Alex Shalman
Some little things about happiness: In order to be happy you have to DO things on purpose, you have to chose to be happy. Acutally Being Happy is a conscious choice, it is an active movement and it can be trained. You can chose wether you want to be happy and a “Maker” or you want to be a victim.
Of course it is easy to be full of self-pitty and search for others to blame, search for others to take responsibility for your situation. But in the end you are the one who suffers the results, no matter who takes responsibility for it. So why don’t you just start taking responsibility for your own happy life and don’t let the false assumption that external factors can define your happiness distract you.
Another quote, which is related to this thought might be
If you donβt design your own life plan, chances are youβll fall into someone elseβs plan. And guess what they have planned for you? Not much
Jim Rohn
And here is some happy stuff for you at the end of todays dailymote π
