Happiness is often the result of being too busy to be miserable.

This is one of my favourite quotes about happiness so far, because it represents a fact that I have realised by myself often. In times when you are busy all the time, when you wake up, and the next moment you have for yourself is when you go to bed, those are the times, when you are certainly very happy. Why? Because you have a purpose to fullfil, you have something t odo, to achieve, what keeps your mind away from troubling, negative thougts. That is, what you are made for. Not for worrying about your life, but for living it to the fullest!
